Pastor Joshua M. Parriera, M.A.
Lead Pastor and Anchored Elder
Pastor Joshua Parriera has a deep love for preaching the Word of God and faithfully serving the Lord through leading The Anchored Church. His heart is devoted to teaching God’s people and inspiring them to live out the love of Jesus in their daily lives. Pastor Joshua holds an M.A. from Regent College in Vancouver, Canada, and is currently pursuing his doctorate at Columbia University.
Doug Bascom
Anchored Elder
Doug earned his B.A. in Social Work from Asbury College in Wilmore, Kentucky, and came to know Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord in 1974. His faith has continued to be strengthened through the community of The Anchored Church. He has been joyfully married to his wife, Lona, for 39 years, and counts their life together as one of his greatest blessings.

Anchored Deacon
Lona serves as a Deacon at The Anchored Church, where her kindness and gentle spirit are a blessing to the church family. With a heart for service and encouragement, she faithfully supports the ministry and helps create a welcoming place for others to experience the love of Christ.
Sarah Morgan Dow
Anchored Deacon
Sarah serves as a Deacon at The Anchored Church, where she is dedicated to caring for the needs of the church family and supporting its mission. With a servant’s heart, she seeks to encourage others in their walk with Christ and to reflect the love of Jesus in all she does.
Lena Parriera
Pastor's Assistant
Lena serves as the Assistant to the Pastor and Church Secretary at The Anchored Church. She is a bright light within the congregation, faithfully supporting the pastor and church family through her organization, encouragement, and servant’s heart.
Carlie Madrid
Worship Director
Carlie serves as the Worship Director at The Anchored Church, where she leads with a heart for worship and a passion for drawing others into the presence of God. Through her gifts in music and leadership, Carlie seeks to help the church lift high the name of Jesus and experience His transforming love.
Keri Parriera
Office Administrator
Keri serves faithfully in the office at The Anchored Church, overseeing bookkeeping and administration. With a heart for service and a gift for organization, she helps keep the ministry running smoothly and supports the church family with dedication and care.

Anchored Ladies Director
Dana leads the Ladies Ministry at The Anchored Church. Faithfully walking alongside others in prayer and encouraging women to grow deeper in their faith and in community with one another.
